The turbine may be the icon of modern wind power generation for now but it could be replaced by the kite in most, if not all, wind generation applications sometime in the next couple of decades.

I wonder if it's possible to generate lots of electricity by putting a turbine on a kite. Just an idea, I'm no engineer.

I can't actually imagine how would that work but I can see its effectiveness. Businesses might want to consider using renewable power energy so they can save money.
